Do you ship internationally?
At this time, SLOWBITE ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
We are actively evaluating future international expansion and will update this policy if international shipping becomes available.
How much does shipping cost?
- Standard shipping within the United States is free.
- We do not charge additional handling fees.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S., and therefore do not calculate international shipping rates, VAT, or customs duties.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
After processing, delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

- Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Can I return the product I ordered?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product, excluding:
- Shipping costs (if applicable),
- Taxes,
- Duties or similar charges (if any).
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
